Starting a business venture requires more then just the creative muse and big ideas.  Thats where my legal expertise comes in.  Creating a solid legal foundation for your business is basic life planning. I am inspired and proud to represent, counsel, and advocate on behalf of small business entrepreneurs, creative artists, and practitioners in the healing modalities. Probate

Colorado has a simplified probate process that makes the process of estate administration much less expensive and time consuming then in most states.   It is my goal to make this process as simple and stress free as possible for the family and personal representative.  As a result, I have developed a systematic, step-by-step approach that takes the guess work out of the process and provides clarity and transparency for the personal representative and the beneficiaries.  I advise and counsel personal representatives, executors, heirs and relatives in the probate and estate administration process.  This includes court filings, negotiations with creditors, real estate transactions, tax obligations and the distribution of assets.
